And then after that
we get ready to go to Rammang-rammang in Berua Village, Maros Regency. at 08.05
in the morning we headed to Rammang-rammang. We took the trip that took an hour
and a half by presenting seven cultural elements in Makassar City and Maros
Regency.
~~~~~~~~
at 09:35 we arrived
at Rammang-rammang and headed straight to Pier 1 to queue up to board a small
boat or what is commonly called the local community namely Katinting. Katinting
is a traditional transportation used to get to Berua Village, it takes 20
minutes to get there.
riding a katinting boat starting from IDR 150,000 for 4 people and for 7 people
Entrance fee only IDR 5.000 for Local Tourist and for foreign tourists only IDR 15.000
~~~~~~~
when we got there at 10:00 we went straight to
Ammarung Stone Hills which was guided by our Tour Leader. There we met the
local community and we asked for information about the village and also about
the Rammang-rammang.
for an hour and a
half we were at Ammarung Stone Hills then at 11:40 we returned to the gathering
place near dock 2 more precisely in the gazebo that can be used for lunch and
rest. we were given 1 hour for lunch and prayer.
after lunch, at 12:50
we went again to the Diamond Cave a trip that took ten minutes, when we got
there we met with local people who could guide us into the diamond cave. The
entrance fee to the diamond cave is IDR 5,000. The road to the diamond cave is
very challenging and full of caution, we must climb the stone in the dark to
see the diamond, and it is true that there are grains of diamond in the cave
still attached to the stone. Initially before entering the diamond cave we saw
a stone that was quite large in size forming an elephant's head, and also the
head of a dinosaurus. we were given 40 minutes to observe the diamond cave.
There, too, we got information about the history of the diamond cave, first he
said the cave was found by Mr. Muslimin only through his dream then he went to
look for the cave and as a result he found that there are caves that have
diamonds.

certainly from God.
observation and photo

about the Mangrove plants and also the Nipa tree around the pier 2. This
mangrove plant has a function that is to resist beach abrasion, and also the
